I need access to my workspace

Access to an existing workspace is invitation-only — your organisation’s administrator creates your account and controls the content and features you can use. (Setting up a new workspace for your own team? See “set up Resource Room for my team” below.)

If you have not received an invitation, or need access to another area, contact your manager or workspace administrator first.

I can’t sign in

• Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen to reset your password.
• Check that you are using the same email address your organisation invited.
• If you still cannot get in, ask your administrator to confirm your account is active.

I can’t see a feature or section

Features and content can be controlled by organisation, role and individual. If something you expect to see is missing, your administrator may need to enable it for you.

Notifications are not arriving

On mobile, make sure notifications are enabled for Resource Room in your device settings. Your organisation also controls which announcements and reminders are sent.

Report a problem

Email us with a short description of what happened, the device or browser you were using and, if possible, a screenshot. That gives us the best chance of resolving it quickly.
