Website & subscription terms

These terms apply to your use of the public My Resource Room website and, where you sign up for a paid plan, to your subscription. Access to an organisation’s private Resource Room workspace may also be subject to separate terms agreed with that organisation.
Using this website
You may use this website to learn about My Resource Room, contact us and access published support information. You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation or try to gain unauthorised access to private areas.
Product information
We aim to keep product information accurate and up to date. Features may evolve over time and some capabilities may depend on an organisation’s configuration or package.
Subscriptions, free trials & billing
If you start a workspace on a paid plan, the following applies to that subscription. These terms sit alongside any separate agreement an organisation has with us.
- Plans & pricing. Paid plans are billed per workspace at the price shown at sign-up, or as separately agreed. Prices exclude VAT unless stated.
- Free trial. Where a free trial is offered (currently 14 days on the Starter plan), you will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and the first payment is taken when the trial ends.
- Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly, unless stated) until cancelled, and the payment method on file is charged each period.
- Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. Your workspace stays active until the end of the current paid period, after which paid features are switched off. Please export any data you wish to keep before access ends.
- Refunds. Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We may, at our discretion, offer a pro-rata credit or refund.
- Price & plan changes. We may change plan pricing or features. We will give reasonable notice of changes that affect your renewal price, and such changes take effect from your next renewal.
- Payments. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Non-payment — for example a failed renewal — may result in suspension of paid features.
- Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, which may be added to your invoice.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website content, product design, branding and materials are owned by or licensed to the operator of My Resource Room. They may not be reproduced or commercially reused without permission.
External services
The website may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party websites.
